Copper Blue Terms and Conditions
- ALL Quoted prices EXCLUDE VAT.
- Unless otherwise stipulated, All Jobs will be treated as 50% COD and will need to be paid before we start the job, balance to be paid before collection.
- Quotes are VALID for 30 Days only.
- All quantities quoted on must be ordered at the same time (i.e not splitting big quantities over a period of time) these quantities will then be charged at a higher unit cost. Any changes to quantities will be re-quoted and charged accordingly.
- There will be a set up fee / unit charge for samples requested.
- We DO NOT PRINT, therefore you will need to provide us with your custom printing before we start the job. Arrangements can be made and will include an extra fee.
Copper Blue will not be held responsible for:
- ANY printing or laminating mishaps as well as any damaged print that was not caused by us. This includes visible tick marks.
- Size changes – Sizes supplied to us in the quote description are the sizes we work on, this includes page count and cover size. Please expect Hardback / clothbound/bonded leather books to be thicker and oversized as the case must outsize the book block.
- Late/ Rushed Jobs – We need a minimum of 3 FULL working days from time of FULL delivery and 50% COD, unless otherwise stipulated. Please keep in mind, if there is a problem with the job that is not caused by us, we will stop production and only carry on once we get the go ahead by you – this delaying the turn around time.
- Foiling and Debosing spoils due to:
the wrong art work supplied to us (please keep it black and white in a vector form/ pdf and to the correct size that you want it) Please check the spelling too. If we need to edit your artwork there will be an additional charge.
Blocks that are supplied to us by you and are faulty/ arent the best quality. - Collating supplied to us wrong. Unless quoted on, collating should come in the correct order.
